This Scarf is from the Natalie B Coleman AW19 collection SISTERS which is a collaboration with the United Nations Population Fund celebrating the 25th Anniversary of sexual and maternal health as a right. 10% of the profits goes to the United Nations Population Fund towards supporting women and girls in need.

This comes from the word ‘vagina’ meaning sword holder. Crossed swords and drops directly imply meaning associated with militia or organised resistance willing to sacrifice everything for beliefs. Taking ownership of such bold iconography puts an emphasis on our common goal to fight the oppression faced by women.
