Prices include a Goods and Services Tax (GST) for New Zealand customers.
Prices exclude international duties, taxes, and any other charges that may be applied in transit.
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express, Afterpay, & Google Pay. Your payment must be received in full before we dispatch your order.
We take care to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
Orders are processed within standard business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm). Any orders received outside of these times will be processed the next business working day. Processing of your order may take up to 48 working hours. Shipping estimates are additional to this processing time.
We will email you confirmation and your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Once item is dispatched, the standard Zambesi returns policy applies. If an order combines in-stock and pre-ordered items, they will be shipped separately as availability permits.
By placing and order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to our Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including stock unavailability or payment issues.
All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock or discontinued, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer a substitute or a full refund. In some instances a special order may also be available.
Zambesistore.com and Zambesi retail stores share a stock inventory. Should your ordered item/s be unavailable we will contact you within 48 hours.

Items that are purchased via our Special Orders service cannot be returned or refunded. Contact us on enquiries@zambesi.co.nz as soon as possible to discuss any issues and we will help you in any way we can.
Special Orders are available at the sole discretion of Zambesi.
From time to time, selected Zambesi products from upcoming collections will be made available for Pre-Order onZAMBESIstore.com. Any product purchased on pre-order must be paid for in full at the time of order. An estimate on dispatch dates will be noted on the product page, and updates will be regularly given via email. Dispatch/delivery estimates are subject to change, and ZAMBESIstore is not liable for any changes to these dates. Items will be shipped as they become available.
Either party (you or ZAMBESIstore) may cancel a pre-order for a full refund prior to the item being dispatched.
Once an order has been played you may not cancel the order as goods are often packaged and shipped the same day. Please select carefully before placing an order.
ZAMBESIstore currently offers two types of Gift Vouchers:
● Gift Vouchers that can be purchased instore for use instore only, at our ZAMBESI stores: ZAMBESI Britomart, Ponsonby & Wellington.
● Online Gift Vouchers that can be purchased online for use online only, at ZAMBESIstore.com
