Returns & Exchanges

Zambesi Store Online accepts returns for full-priced items only and can issue an exchange, online gift voucher or refund once the item has been returned and inspected. 

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item purchased online from ZambesiStore.com, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Contact us by emailing enquiries@zambesi.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.

Returns will not be accepted without a RAN.

Please Note: Zambesi Store does not accept returns on discounted goods unless the items are faulty or incorrect. This includes items purchased with a promo/discount code or during a promotional period.

Should you have any queries regarding sizing or fit of items, please contact 
enquiries@zambesi.co.nz and we will assist you anyway we can.

Return shipping to zambesistore.com is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Zambesistore.com is not responsible for the safety of the item/s in transit. It is your responsibility to send in an appropriate and safe manner. Returns must be sent within 7 days of obtaining a RAN in order to be eligible for a refund of credit. We reserve the right to ask for tracking information to ensure the item has been sent within the timeframe provided.

Item/s being returned must be in their original condition at time of purchase - unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with any original packaging/accessories in good condition with tags attached.

After inspection of the returned item/s, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds processed to an international credit card will be done so using the exchange rate on the day the refund is processed.

We will advise you once the returned goods have been received and when the refund has been processed.

Online Returns can only be made through Zambesistore.com and not at any Zambesi stores. If you wish to return an item purchased at one of our stores please contact the store directly for further information.

EXCHANGES

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you have received a faulty or incorrectly sent item, please contact us on enquiries@zambesi.co.nz  as soon as possible to discuss returning the item/s to us. We must be advised of faulty or incorrect goods within 7 days of receiving the item.

We will repair, replace or refund any faulty item once it has been inspected at our Workroom. If an item is deemed faulty, zambesistore.com will reimburse the shipping cost paid and cover any shipping expenses to replace or return an item to you. 


Zambesi takes no responsibility for any changes, wear or faults that may occur after an item has been taken to a third party to be altered or repaired.


Zambesi reserves the right to deny any returns that are made outside of the reasonable time of purchase.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Items that are purchased via our Special Orders service cannot be returned or refunded. Contact us on enquiries@zambesi.co.nz  as soon as possible to discuss any issues and we will help you in any way we can.

GIFT VOUCHERS

ZAMBESIstore currently offers two types of Gift Vouchers:
● Gift Vouchers that can be purchased instore for use instore only, at our ZAMBESI stores: ZAMBESI Britomart, Ponsonby & Wellington.
● Online Gift Vouchers that can be purchased online for use online only, at ZAMBESIstore.com

Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced. Please check the expiry date for your voucher. Contact us on enquiries@zambesi.co.nz  if you require any assistance.
