As you may be aware, our NZ government has raised New Zealand's COVID-19 alert level to Level 3 as of March 23rd, and will raise it to Level 4 from March 25th, 2020. Under the Level 4 Alert, only essential services will remain open in New Zealand.
Our physical stores are now closed until further notice.
As of now, ZAMBESIstore.com remains open, and our dedicated ZAMFAM team are as passionate as ever about our collections and community. We are still available to discuss styles, fits, and assist you in anyway we can. We encourage you to connect with us on instagram, facebook, or email.
At Zambesi, the health and safety of all people is paramount. We will endeavour to fulfil any orders made online while following guidelines to keep ourselves and our customers safe, just as we have done during Level 1 and 2 alerts. This of course, is subject to change as we navigate these unchartered waters.
Please note at this time of lockdown, we cannot give any orders placed a reliable delivery estimate. Our current understanding is that couriers will prioritise delivering essential goods, as they should. As such, we cannot guarantee our ability to dispatch items during the Level 4 lockdown.
